Supliful product catalog is curated by audiences
Currently, we are serving and focusing on 4 main verticals and providing products for those target markets within the health and wellness category. Thus it is important that we curate how people select products and think about their niche and ideal customer profile. We plan to add 1000+ products on the catalog, thus Supliful needs to make product discovery intuitive and relevant so merchants do not become overwhelmed by the offer.
Although the product catalog must consist of many generic products, it is critical for our team to source products that have unique qualities, which encompass values for a specific audience and has a brand story to tell about.
Future categories that we plan to unlock

💡 New categories will be unlocked based on Production Partner integrations and sourcing products in-house in Supliful own warehouse. Within these categories, we will be looking to expand on on-demand packaging variety as well as enabling on-demand product creation on an ingredient level within the next 6-12 months.

- Personal care and beauty (Cosmetics, Skincare Products, Hair Care Products, Oral Care Products, Deodorants and Antiperspirants) - Expand in 2024
- Pet care (Pet food, Pet treats, Pet supplements) - Expand in 2024
- Household Products - Unlock in 2024. Specific categories we would go into that are in a nonliquid form Laundry Detergents, Dishwashing Products, Paper Products (Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Facial Tissues, Cleaning Supplies)
- Food and beverages (Snacks and Confectionery, Bakery Products, Beverages that are in nonliquid form (Coffee, Tea, capsulated drinks) - Unlock in 2025
- Baby and Child Care - Unlock in 2026 Diapers, Baby Wipes, Baby Care Products (Lotions, Powders, Children's Toiletries
Quality Assurance & Process:
- Thorough evaluation and selection
- Checking certificates and lab analysis of each of the products
- Introducing 3rd party lab tests for each of the products listed on the Supliful platform
- On-site visits made to all 3rd party Fulfilment centers & partner manufacturing facilities
- Fulfillment agreements including clear SLAs and KPIs signed
- Regular performance monitoring & audits
- Building out features on our back-end operations to ensure full product traceability from ingredient source to final product.
- Provide a transparent value chain by introducing a barcode scanning system
- Receive improved certification for our operation both ISO standards, GMP and NSF certificates for our facility
- All label claims are verified before any new e-commerce business start selling their own products.
