These Supplemental Terms of Use ("Supplemental Terms") govern Your access to and use of the Label Auto-Migration Tool ("Auto-Migration Tool" or "Tool") made available by Brand On Demand, Inc. (doing business as Supliful). These Supplemental Terms are incorporated into and form part of Supliful’s Terms of Use, available at supliful.com/legal/terms-of-use ("Terms of Use"). Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.

By accessing, activating, or purchasing Migrations ("Label Migrations" or "Migration", referring throughout these Supplemental Terms to a single use of the Auto-Migration Tool on one product label, unless otherwise specified) for the Auto-Migration Tool, You agree to be bound by these Supplemental Terms in addition to the Terms of Use. If You do not agree, You may not access or use the Tool. Use of the Auto-Migration Tool is entirely optional. You may instead update Your product labels manually at any time using Supliful's Product Label Designer, free of charge. In the event of any conflict between these Supplemental Terms and the Terms of Use, these Supplemental Terms shall control with respect to the Auto-Migration Tool.

1. About the Auto-Migration Tool

The Auto-Migration Tool is a limited-time, AI-assisted feature that enables eligible Users to transition existing product labels from the previous Supliful label template format to the updated template format introduced as part of Supliful’s Label Template Update. The Tool is designed to facilitate template migration only — it does not independently improve, enhance, or otherwise alter the substantive content, claims, or design of Your labels beyond what is required for template compatibility.

The Tool is a temporary feature. Supliful makes the Auto-Migration Tool available for a limited period starting on June 17th, 2026 and ending on approximately September 17th, 2026, or such earlier or later date as Supliful may determine at its sole discretion. Supliful reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the Tool at any time without prior notice and without liability to You.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Auto-Migration Tool is available exclusively to Users with an active paid Membership (Pro or Enterprise) at the time of use. Users on the Free plan are not eligible to access the Tool. If Your paid Membership lapses or is canceled, Your ability to use the Tool will terminate immediately, including any unused Migrations remaining in Your account (see Section 3 for Label Migration expiration terms).

3. Label Migration — How the Tool Works

3.1 What Is a Label Migration?

Each use of the Auto-Migration Tool for a single product label constitutes one "Migration." Label Migration is the unit of access for the Tool and must be purchased or otherwise obtained as described below. One Migration is required per product label; it is not possible to apply multiple Migrations to the same label. Each Migration produces a single output. Repeated Migrations on the same label will not generate meaningfully different results.

3.2 Label Migration Pricing and Purchase

• Each Label Migration costs $1.99 USD.
• Label Migrations may be purchased at any time during the availability period of the Tool.
• Payment for Migration is accepted via credit or debit card (including cards saved to Your Supliful account) and Supliful Credits. If You have an available Supliful Credits balance, it will be applied first. Any remaining amount will be charged to Your credit or debit card.
• Label Migration purchases are subject to Supliful’s general payment terms set out in Section G of the Terms of Use.

3.3 Complimentary Label Migrations

Supliful may, at its discretion, provide complimentary Label Migrations to eligible Users as follows:

• Each active paid Membership account receives 3 complimentary Label Migrations upon activation of the Tool.
• Users who have previously purchased digital services that include label design services from Supliful (e.g., Label Design services, Brand Accelerator program, etc.) may receive additional complimentary Migrations based on the number of qualifying products for which such services were rendered, at the rate of 1 complimentary Migration per qualifying product.
